Despite not taking Long distance cases, Jack took my case being long distance, super complicated and rushed.
He walked me through everything I needed to do with patience and understanding as I was dealing with an abuser.
Jack went above and beyond for me and I don't know what I would have done if he didn't give my case a chance. We had Five days to get all of paperwork done. It was rushed, but he pushed me through the whole process, and together we built a very strong case.
I learned so much from Jack, He inspired me with all he's knowledge and passion for what he does. Now i'm looking into

I needed advice over an issue I was having with a former employer. I didn't think anyone who would listen would take me seriously, but Jack did. Not only did he bring me in to his office, he treated me with respect and let me get my whole story out. He was attentive, professional, and even went so far as to include me in a lot of the process. Mr Haller is so unprofessional. He uses frivolous threats and intimidation. He misled the RCMP intentionally by only providing them with certain documents. The RCMP shouldn't of ever listened to him but they did. They came to my home multiple times over Xmas and even told my youngest child the only man he's known as a father wasn't his biologically. He represented my mother while she tried to take custody of my children. They lost. And he looked like a damn fool in court. He didn't even file the paperwork to claim me and my lawyer had a conflict. Seems like basic knowledge a

I was referred to this guy through my insurance and he was a nightmare. I only spoke to him for five minutes and it was like arguing with a belligerent and defiant teenage boy. He was unwilling to explain anything other than how unappreciative he was of my call. I've rarely felt the need to review someone's complete lack of social skills, which one would assume is an asset for a lawyer, but this man was the epitome of confrontational and unprofessional.

He was frequently rushing me out of the office the few time he had time to meet me. When our court date came up he seemed shocked when my daughters mother said exactly what she said she would as he told me to take the " the high road " He even commented " She's making you look like the devil " it sounded like was surprised I remeber a smile on his face . I would give anything to go back in time and drop this man as my lawyer before we went to court . My ex had a document drug problem, trouble holding down a job , and witnesses to her leaving my 2 year old alone in the unfenced yard for long perioids

Mr Haller has no fear of of shaming, victim blaming, humiliating, intimidating, on behalf of his client. Without appreciating the totality of facts nor looking into them he will, for you as a client take your word and go for the jugular, regardless of the consequences to the other party.
If you'd like to shake loose a disabled spouse because he or she is too much trouble, he's your guy.
