Our handcrafted Soaps, Bath Bombs, Body Creams, Deodorants, Body Scrubs and more are all handcrafted with the finest quality ingredients, creating a blend of herbs and flowers to give you a truly natural and customized skincare product.
For every $25 dollars you spend you receive 1 spa point. When you accumulate 25 spa points you receive $25 dollars on your VIP Card. This dollar amount is redeemable at any point in time on the spa service of your choice (spa points cannot be used towards products) and can only be used up to $50 per day.

Water roots is such a warm and inviting place to go get treatments done.

Cindy was so incredibly supportive helping me choose products from her amazing line of handmade creams and soaps.
I can feel comfortable using her products on myself and my family.
The ingredients are pure and the love that goes into each product you can actually feel.
Cindy and her staff are amazing people they make you feel like family as soon as you walk into the door.

This place would easily be 5 stars if it wasn't for Cindy. The other staff are AMAZING, but the owner, Cindy, is rude to her employees and fake with her customers. If she recommends a product for you and it isn't working for you, count on her to do absolutely nothing about it. Again, the staff is great, maybe she should be nicer to them.

The owner Cindy is kind, knowledgeable and honest. She has a really good heart and wants to help everyone who walks through her doors. She chooses staff that create a peaceful experience in the spa. They are truly dedicated to ensuring the ambience is welcoming and safe.
I worked with Cindy at Water Roots Day Spa for a year as a hairstylist and I moved to another city and that’s why I couldn’t work there anymore. But we remain in touch because she is such an awesome and real person. Honestly someone I consider a friend.

I had a wonderful experience today at Water Roots spa on my first visit here. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Amanda did a great job with my shellac pedicure and shellac manicure. The atmosphere is very calming and just what you want to feel at a spa. They have a large variety of products, as well as their own housemade bath bombs and exfoliating creams etc. I will be returning!
