Had an appointment booked and was really looking forward to trying a new salon. I had an appointment for last week that I had to call and reschedule, so today I showed up for the new appointment and they didn't have any knowledge of me/my appointment written down at all even though I had 3 full phone calls with them over the past week regarding my appointment. While the price was decent, the pedicure was not good. Did not remove all the rough skin from my feet, rubbed too hard with the exfoliating scrub (not sure what it's called) and while cutting my toenails hurt me trying to cut near an ingrown toenail. I think she needs to go back to school. Was not a peaceful experience.

Worst experience ever. I was excited to have a salon in the neighbourhood. I walked in and not greeted warmly ( by the owner)at all and no smile. Waited for about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment , no big deal. She did something called a consult and I told her very specifically what I wanted and didn't want. She proceeds to start cutting. I quickly told her it needs washing and she seemed disgruntled about this. Worst shampoo ever f that is what she calls it. Very, very rushed, cool water and rough.
