Pamela has a pleasant personality which complements her choice of vocations as an esthetician. In my opinion, she possesses the technical skills required but could improve the ambience of her space by rendering the environment less familial but more professional and spa-like. P.S. I thank the owner for modifying the description of her spa since my original posting so that future clients will be prepared to enjoy the inclusion of pets and children as part of the experience.
