This company, and their General Manager Zaine, are now right up there in my books of "make it right" person/company who live that as a core value. I don't give kudos lightly, but when they are deserved based on the dedication to customer experience

Great dealership. Nabeel is your man. I recently purchased a fantastic BMW from Calgary Auto Quest. Due to the pandemic it was sight unseen and out of province. Nabeel facilitated the whole process expertly and efficiently. He was able to get me the finance I needed which was no easy task. He went above and beyond on my behalf. Far more than I expected. Super friendly service from Nabeel - he was able to address all of our questions and concerns. We ended up getting a stellar deal for my boyfriend's first car (2007 Subaru Forester in pristine condition) and Nabeel made sure it was a smooth process for us. Overall a very reputable dealership and we will happily come back for our next purchase!

We met with Nabeel today for our dad who wanted to know about a specific car. I must say... he has a great a great positive attitude. We did not feel any pressure, and he was awesome to answer questions. He was a big help and my dad is even happy about the conversation we had with him over the phone. My husband and I would recommend Calgary Auto Quest to anyone. The whole process of buying the vehicle was easy, fast and efficient.
After driving away with our new car, we quickly realized the mats displayed in the pictures online were missing, and that the camera wasn't working... I immediate thought to myself "oh great, here we go". Well, I was wrong. They quickly ordered us a new set of mats, and booked us in to get a new camera installed - no questions asked.
We hope to have this vehicle for a few years but when the time comes to trade it out - we'll definitely go back.

Was a huge commitment for us, although I had Major doubts about driving across the country to get a truck, you guys did everything possible to make this worth the trip!

I bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I was assured was in mint condition, from Nabeel at Calgary Auto Quest. Let me go ahead and list off what has gone wrong in the short 4 months I have driven this vehicle; tire pressure sensor (day one), windshield began to crack and chip from even sand (day one), substantial fuel leak (day two), emission temperature sensor failed (two months in), mass air flow sensor failed (three months in) engine control module failed (three months in), serpentine belt snapped (four months) air conditioner failed (four months) air compressor seized (four months) and

I recently bought a beautiful car here. My overall experience was more than great. I wasn't sure about the place at the beginning, but this place is not an ordinary used car dealer. They are quite legit. Actually much better than some of the official car dealers I've dealt with. Here is how it worked for me.
1. I've called the place to get an appointment to view a car. 30 min notice and I was booked to see the vehicle.
2. The car was ready for me at the front door.
3. Nabeel greeted me at the door, gave me the keys to inspect the car. He then left for me the review the car in detail, no pressure

I got a used Jeep from this dealership in late 2016. When I first picked it up there were a number of issues with the vehicle that the dealership acknowledged and attempted to repair. Over the course of the next year and a half a number of additional issues (and some older issues) came up totalling over $4500. The dealership manager worked with me to get everything taken care of.

ATTENTION everyone! Please don't ever buy a vehicle from CALGARY AUTO QUEST, they are liars, cheaters and rip offs, they want to steal your money from you and give you a vehicle that is basically junk, they give you wrong inspection, and they tell you that the vehicle is perfectly fine and when you buy it and see next day there is a big leak in the SUV and you'd have to spend thousands of dollars to get it fixed and when you tell them that there are major problems in the vehicle, they don't want to talk to you or they don't want to listen about it.

I Just purchased a car from these guys. I was an out of town buyer and flew in to pick up the car which was accurately represented by them.
