Serene Counselling offers a wide range of Counselling Services and specializes in Addictions and Mental Health Therapy as well as Life Coaching. We offer Couples Counselling, Family Counselling, Personal Care Counselling and Counselling for people who struggle with Stress, PTSD, Anxiety, Trauma and Sexual or Physical Abuse Victims.
Our sessions run on a 1 hour or 1.5 hour duration and are completely confidential and private.
