In the interest of helping to protect the health and well being of our clients, our staff and our community, Cardinal Counselling has decided to move to phone and/or online appointments. Our counsellors are still working and are available to help you during these uncertain times. We believe that all individuals are capable of change.

Change can create an individual sense of well-being and increase satisfaction with relationships. One of our goals is to assist individuals in making positive changes, bringing balance into their lives. Cardinal Counselling and Mediation provides a safe environment in which individuals, couples and families are able to explore their own needs and the needs of others around them.

What is mediation? Mediation is a process where a neutral facilitator helps individuals come to an agreement that meets the needs of both. The process and the outcome are controlled by the individuals, not the mediator and not the court. The mediator acts as a guide who helps to ensure that all the relevant questions are answered and that everyone is treated fairly.
