These people are top notch! I have brought a number of fix-it jobs to them, and they never disappoint. They've also reworked some jewellery that I never wore and now can't take off. Service is always with a smile. I cannot recommend highly enough!!! (not sure why it says I am in California - I wish!).

Quick service, friendly staff. In and out in about 15 mins. Convenient location since it's right across from St. Clair subway station. Double check price of services as I noticed there was a change in price in-store vs what was listed online a few days ago (small difference, maybe due to COVID)? Will definately come back if I need help with my accessories again! Highly recommend!

Vicky and her team did such beautiful work on my damaged, antique, diamond engagement ring. It was purchased by a family member in rough shape and is approximately 90-100yrs old. It is extremely delicate with handmade detailing. It had a crack in the back along the thin platinum band. It was damaged for about 9 mos before I discovered Marquess, as I was worried about finding a jeweller to trust it with and it’s very sentimental to me.

I love this store!! Any time I have needed and piece of jewelry repaired they have been able to take care of it and give it back looking as if it was brand new again! The selection is great because I can get something as simple as a new chain or I can buy a gorgeous unique piece as a gift. Vicky also custom designed two gorgeous gold rings for my sister and I that we wear everyday! It is a very warm and friendly family business and I go here for all my jewelry! Bottom line I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would never go anywhere else to buy jewelry or get my jewelry repaired. I have found the jewelers here are not only knowledgable but extremely honest and fair. The selection of jewelry they offer is amazing as well, my favorite pieces are from Marquess.

Amazing customer service. Left my engagement ring in their care to be re-sized. The beautiful lady at the front took the time to show me my rings finger print ( can't think of the technical term.) Her smile and warmth made me confident that I was leaving my ring in the best of care. A scary thought for any soon to be bride. Leaving your ring in the hands of strangers. It's always my #1 stop for my jewellery needs whether it be cleaning, appraisals, repairs, new jewellery or gifts from great lines like Satya and Pandora, or to design a new piece, this store does it all and they do it very well! Highly recommend.

My Co workers told me to have my ring sized here and I'm so glad I did! The jeweler sized it and also noticed that the prongs needed re tipping. He did a full service on my ring for a very fair price. I'll definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience and craftsmanship. I took in two rings that needed repair. Previously I had taken them to Birks, who said they could not fix them. Marquess fixed them beautifully. They look like new and the repairs were done quickly and inexpensively. I definitely recommend them. They also have a lovely array of jewellery to select from.

This review is a follow-up to a previous review that I wrote for Marquess. After it was posted, the owners contacted me and asked me to remove what I wrote.

They offered to refund my repair. They offered to replace my watch. They offered to take my watch back and try to fix it again, as if I would be willing to trust it in their hands. I declined all of these offers and instead contacted Fossil directly to have them replace the numbers (something the owners did not do in the entire TWO MONTHS they had the watch, and only offered to do once I posted a negative review).
