I have never been happier with an insurance company. Both Laura and Diane are amazing. On March 5, 2021, I spoke with Diane Booth from Laura Carey Desjardins Insurance. As has always been the case over the years, she returned my call promptly.
I had questions about how my house replacement cost listed on the policy seemed low compared to market value and how separate structures and various contents were classed, valued, and insured. Diane took the time to answer my questions and show me where on the policy certain coverages were mentioned. This is in stark contrast to my experience at a car dealership where they once told me in response to a question “just read the manual”.

After a mere 32 yr departure from the federated provinces of Canada, I began the repatriation process with fear and loathing.
The fact is, to return is to be stripped of your credit history, insurance history, and a fragmented medical history. With that in mind and the horror stories one might find online, my optimism was fragile at best.
After seeing my parents utilize their Desjardins homeowner insurance, I was impressed. I was further impressed with the ease at which I was able to obtain reasonable, quality car insurance. Sure, some paperwork was required but I never felt the need to file

I'm a pretty new driver and my rate with this office is amazing. Diane at the office explained coverages to me and I have the agents actual cell phone number programmed into my cell phone and I am supposed to call her directly if I have an accident. I found no one else that offered this. I'm so happy with this office.

Laura and her team are amazing to deal with. I switched from my other insurance company and have no regret. Not only am I saving money but when I called her for information when i was in an accident she was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I also decided to add life insurance to my policies with Laura and would recommend her to anyone. I have never had such great customer service and glad I made the change.

We have been insured with the Laura Carey Insurance Office for over 8 years and mainly deal with her directly when we have any questions or changes to make to our policies. She explains coverages and options so well both over the phone and sometimes when we want information emailed - and we feel great about the coverage we have and with her office. I feel like we get the personal touch with her office and we appreciate it.
