Ashley was fantastic to deal with. From the first introduction to the binding of the policy she was right on top of the process, explained everything to me in great detail, making sure I understood what was being said. Ashley took the time to go through my details and find me a great rate that saved me over $1000 per year. A huge savings for 1 person.

David was super helpful with finding me an insurance policy! After a few questions on the phone for maybe 15 minutes he had found a policy that was great, and didn’t break the bank! I had specific needs for my car and he was able to check off everything. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone looking for insurance, thanks again!

Today I spoke to Sales Broker Katherine O'Gorman, and needless to say, I was more than satisfied.
Her service quality alone already has my eyes set on M&W, savings on insurance premiums aside. She went above and beyond and has offered to help me with more than what her job requires her to do.
I'm sure the other Sales Brokers are all great, but to anyone who doesn't want to take chances, you won't regret working with Katherine.
To Mitchell and Whale Insurance Brokers, give my girl Katherine a raise, she deserves it and I know she has earned it!

Had been shopping for auto insurance for a few days and came across this broker, and I'm glad I did. They're professional and extremely quick with email responses. No issues so far. I had slightly lower rates from other online websites and brokers, but decided to go with these guys because of their prompt replies and no wait times on the phone. Will recommend to all my friends for sure.

After receiving a quote for motorcycle insurance in September I went out and purchased a new (used) motorcycle. I travelled out of town to complete my M2 course and incurred the extra cost of a hotel, meals and gas. When I spoke to the agent he indicated that I had to have my FULL M2 to get the lower rate. I waited the 60days to upgrade (form M1 to M2) and called them back. At this point we were in early-November. The agent said that he had made a mistake and the rate was over $600/mo, not the initial $147 I was quoted. I explained that that was unreasonable and he said he would look into the matter

I honestly dealt with two other brokers which i found online. They were not helpful at all and i found them to be kind of rude.
Upon calling David, he was very courteous, comforting, reassuring and very helpful. He found a great quote and initiated the paperwork immediately. His response time to emails is excellent as well.

I had been with my old insurance for years I hated them but got complacent. I finally decided to make the move and wow so happy I did. Ryan and Kristen are so great to deal with. It was nice to deal with someone that actually made you feel like you mattered. The price I got was amazing. So happy I have found them.
