Mane Obsession

Cassandra has twice not been there for my appointment..They call at the last moment to let me know..I have been put out twice and been inconvenienced because of their lack of professional courtesy for the client..
Would not go there again ..I do not feel valued as a customer and am sick of their feeble excuses for poor Customer Service..

I had my hair done by Bailey; she was very polite and professional. My hair colour turned out well if a bit different from what I expected, but she did exactly as we discussed. I do like it! The salon was very clean and the people friendly. I would recommend this salon to my family. Thank you.

Megan was my stylist! We had good communication about what I wanted for a new hair colour after a previous stylist lightened my hair much too much! It turned out darker then I wanted but she did everything to reassure me that it will lighten up. She matched my root/natural colour pretty much dead on which was really impressive! A talented stylist. All in all going in with pre lightened hair is going to be a box of chocolates and you never know what you're going to get. I'm going to grow out my hair now and I think this is a great colour to do it with! Thanks Megan.

Can't say enough good things about The Mane Obsession. Check in was quick, staff were very friendly and for the first time, I felt like i had a stylist who listened. Megen was amazing. She gave me options and explained why she thought those options would work for me. She was friendly, professional and I walked out with an amazing haircut.

Lisa was amazing! I went in with nothing but the idea that it was time for a change since I have never had my hair done before and was pretty nervous. I have been box dyeing for 12 years and she somehow salvaged my hair and I can’t get over how amazing it looks. The colouring, the cut, everything about it. She matched it to my skin tone and face! I have been receiving non-stop compliments! I can’t express how happy I am, will definitely be going back!!!!

I have been seeing Miranda Nadeau for several months and am extremely happy with her services. She is pleasant, friendly, and always offers advice that I need. It's always a pleasant experience coming to the salon. Enjoy being pampered :)

I had a great experience at The Mane Obsession for a wash and style before attending a wedding in Kingston! My stylist Taunya was super friendly and I was very happy with the style she gave me! I came from a couple hours out of town and the staff were very gracious and understanding when I called to let them know the traffic was bad and I would be a few minutes late. The salon was clean and the prices were reasonable, the shampoo was relaxing and my hair looks and feels great. Would definitely go back to this salon again when I am in the area!
