I was looking for my first official car for myself and after going to a different company, going for a run around and waiting forever for news on a car, Nissan DAG came through and literally saved my life.
They cared more about me as an actual PERSON than just making a sales. My sales Angel, Mickhael, answered all my questions and helped me through the process no matter what time or day and even on his time off. All these low reviews are true the other good reviews online are false I discover these situations first hand they don't have good mechanics in there service department. The service manager don't know and have no clue what the mechanics are doing and no background on mechanical issue. She is there to say how are you feeling wasting company time and money.

STAY AWAY !!! From Nissan avenue if you want to save your money and time!!!

To replace the drivers side door harness and front right light socket they quoted me just under 2000.00, I went to a private auto repair and paid just under 700.00 for the same work plus some addition little fixes.
Talking about getting taken! I will and recommend that you be weary of what your paying for there.

I was on time for my appointment to pick up my new car from Avenue Nissan, but no one was there. Asked the front desk, she was really rude. After staying for half an hour, the salesperson didn’t return to his desk. Moreover, didn’t bother to reach out to me with an apology, or even an explanation. My insurance was active but had not the car yet. Therefore I decided to send emails to all the managers asking for help. No one responded to me except for Kesh. Finally he saved me from this nasty, nonsense, and unacceptable situation. Never will go back to this dealership, and not recommending it

Two years after Nissan gave us a long list of "needed repairs" we still have not made those repairs and our vehicle runs just fine. I think their service area is more profitable than new car sales - but no longer because of us!

I received a good service from Mr. Kesh based on below highlight:
1. He is very patient to introduce the car to me.
2. Originally I plan to register the car to new address after my moving to this new address, since emergency case, Kesh called me to suggest to register the old address first and then change to new address, I followed his suggestion which is useful way to get the car on road.
3. Since I don't have parking spot till March 30, Kesh are willing to meet me for pick up my car at that time.

In general, Kesh is professional and willing to help others especially in currently emergency

I went on Tuesday sometime last weeks in the morning to take my ev vehicle to be repaired due to re-call on ev vehicle.
Unfortunately, they cannot help me to repair the recall and their service adviser fail to follow up or to inform me after he promised me to call their head office in regarding my vehicle.
It sad indeed because I had the plan to take that dealership for my place where I can service my vehicle before I remember seeing the service advisor and the mechanic there.

Not at all happy with my service from this Nissan! Very slow and very sloppy.

I showed up for a 10am appointment for a safety inspection. They told me their emissions test wasn't working and they would have to take it next door for me to do that and that the whole process would take about 3 hours. They said they would vacuum it as part of the servicing. I said ok. I went and waited in their well-equipt waiting room for the following 3 hours.

At noon they called me and said my car had passed inspection except for the wipers which they had to replace-$70. I said ok. They asked if I wanted

The service department is terrible. They break promises, do not return calls, and are unprofessional. I was told my car was fixed and to pick it up, but then learned that it wasn't yet fixed, and that they needed to consult with others in the service department and get back to me. They never did get back to me and I got tired of following up. I wouldn't buy a car there or rely on them for servicing.

The service advisor was well-spoken and clear, and on the day of the service, seemed to provide exceptional service. However, once I double-checked the service manual included with my vehicle after the service was performed, I found 2 major issues. First, the service advisor recommended a differential oil change that's not required at 24000 km (and he didn't say it was not required), and is only suggested as part of the premium service for the 48000 km service as per the service manual. By far the worst Nissan I've ever encountered; and I've had two Nissans prior.....

I advise you all to check your bill of sale and read through it wholeheartedly before purchasing.

I took a picture of my bill of sale and showed it to two another nissans, and they were wondering why there were unexplained things on my bill of sale.
-- basically, I wanted to trade my car in, and it looks like they masked things within my bill of sale to make it look like they were taking my vehicle at 100%.

Friday afternoon I hear weird grating noises when I turn tight, and some vibration in the steering. It is 3:30 and most folks are heading home for a weekend. The extremely nice Aminda at Avenue Nissan is concerned for my safety - and very sweetly says that if I can get up to them by 4:15, someone will give it a quick check. I go there, Rick has it up on the hoist right away - and knocks off the thick congealed ice that was frozen onto a wheel hub and causing the weird sounds. BUT he doesn;'t stop there, and within 5 mins is showing me play in both front wheels showing problems with ball joints

Beware of the servicing. They talk you into things they don't need. After going in for a required safety check that should have cost $120.00, I came out with a $700 bill. Nothing was covered by the 3-year warranty that my car was still under - and they tried to talk me into extending the warranty for another (mere) $3,000.
And they didn't even have the courtesy to clean my car.

I leased my first vehicle at this dealership about five months ago. The dealership is nice and clean, but not very spacious. The buying process wasn't too bad; they didn't let me pick up the vehicle as early as I wanted to, but the whole process was painless. When the time came for a first checkup/oil change, Nissan's '1-to-1' program called me on behalf of the dealership to schedule an appointment for an oil change. They have a decent shuttle service; I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they gave me a ride to the nearest subway station. In the evening
