I have been dealing with First Durham for more than 15 years, in particular with Lynda Callebert. I have always had prompt service from her, whether it be with auto or house insurance. I have only ever had one house claim after a flood, and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend this person, and this company.

I have had a very positive experience with First Durham. Lynda has been my broker for well over ten years. My home and auto insurance coverage is always explained in detail and on occasion when I call the office it is always a pleasant experience. This fall my renewal makes me particularly happy as my annual bill is actually lower.

I agree with the reviews from this Insurance Broker because I had a not so good experience few years back as well. However, it was all changed when Cheryl Perry took over from the person who I dealt with before.
Cheryl Perry is amazing. She will help you and accomodate you as soon as you need help, even for a last minute changes. She has been our insurance broker for about 2-3 years now and I never had any problem with her. She is very kind, patience and understanding. If you guys need a different broker, I would definitely recommend her.
