We have been very long time customers of State Farm, now Desjardins. Trina and her staff made the transition easy. I’ve been a client of Trina’s since 2006. I was relatively new to adulthood, first “real” job and my own car, and needed all the insurance that comes with that stage. Now 15 years later, Trina has helped us through car accidents, home insurance, investing for ourselves and our children, and everything else we’ve needed with kindness and professionalism. My family has been with Trina's office for twenty years. We have worked with different women in the office and each and everyone has treated each experience with understanding, support and like we were the only clients. When we needed to begin a new policy and everything was a last minute hurry they were on top of it and got everything in order with patience and professionalism. People view insurance as a necessary evil, just one more bill to pay, but with Trina and her wonderful team I know that it is well worth every dollar. I know that come what may they will be there for my family.
