At first I was quite happy with them and my agent who was very helpful in getting me what i wanted at a great price. It wasn't until months after I thought I had signed up with them that I was informed that they actually don't do monthly payments (even though that's what I was quoted on) Then the calls and emails started demanding full payment, threatening to send me to collections etc. I guess they realized they weren't going to get paid so they said as long as I paid part of it they would cancel me but of course made sure to include that it was for non payment which would make it much more difficult

We just had a great experience with BST, particularly due to the broker who was assisting us (Paula Oates). She was extremely knowledgeable about the various policy options available to us, and helped us to get the best policy for the lowest/most competitive price, as we needed to add our son to our car insurance. She is honest and upfront, and spent the time with us to figure out what we really needed. She was also so kind / easy to work with, and very patient in explaining everything and answering our (many) questions. :)

I switched to BST Insurance because they got me the best rate. When I decided to get a new vehicle my insurance at the time put my rates high up. Ken Murphy from BST insurance was absolutely amazing.
