We are a fully accredited and licensed daycare located in Calgary's northwest area. Our center is bright, friendly, clean and smoke free facility. We have plenty of windows in each room to allow the natural light in as well as painted murals on the walls to interest the children. We are a community daycare situated beside a lovely park in a wonderful redeveloping neighborhood.

Our service is specially designed for infants (12 months) to school age (6 years old). This facility is licensed for approximately 59 children and we offer a service from Monday to Friday that is designed to benefit the children in our care as well as their families. We would like to make your child's days at Honeybee as happy and fulfilling as we can.

Activites Report

The program for each age group is set out in a manner designed to stimulate intellectual, social, emotional, creative and physical development. The preferred approach in meeting these needs and providing a quality environment is by utilizing the open home room concept, with 2 staff per age group, set up in the government specified staff/child ratio.

Menu Report

Meals at this facility are warm, well balanced, nutritious, child friendly and follow the guidelines of the Canada Food Guide. We serve a breakfast in the morning, lunch and an afternoon snack. All meals are prepared onsite and our four-week menu is posted by the door as you enter the daycare. All meals served at the daycare are prepared on site by the daycare cook who has a current and up to date food handling course certificate.

Cost Report

Note: All fees are due on first working day of the month. A $5.00 per day late fee charge will be applied to all fees not paid by the third working day of the month. If your are interested in visiting our wonderful and busy center, we invite you in weekday morning between 9:00am to 11:00am to have a tour and speak with the director.
