Our combination of technology plus non-toxic cleaning agents ensures your home is a clean and healthy environment to live in. 1. ESTIMATE & PRE-INSPECTION: Our first step is to do a Free In-Home Estimate and Pre-Inspection for colourfastness and the condition of the carpeting or upholstery fabric. Your quote is based on this. 2. MOVE & PROTECT FURNITURE: We will move light furniture items out of the way and protect legs with foil or put on Styrofoam blocks.
Whether it is wool or synthetic our systems are designed to thoroughly clean all fibres safely. Carpets are cleaned with non-toxic safe formulas that are pre-sprayed on to the carpet, groomed in to suspend the oils and soils that have attached themselves to the fibres, then extracted with a cold (for natural fibres) or warm/hot (for synthetic fibres) fresh water rinse.
We pick up area rugs for specialized cleaning at our facility (Western Communities, Greater Victoria up to Sidney). We clean all materials and types of rugs including wool, synthetic, Kerastan, British India, Persian, silks and rugs from around the world.

Big shout out to the Team at Greenway Carpet Cleaning: when I called in to book a carpet cleaning, their receptionist was friendly and helpful. We arranged for Rob to come over and provide a free quote the same day, and he was helpful and courteous.
On the day of cleaning, their Technician Steve was great: on time, helpful and task orientated. Cleaning done in time allotted, no extra cost surprises, and the carpets look great. Plus, there's a fresh scent lingering that's quite pleasant. Feels good to use environmentally friendly service, and eliminate use of harsh smelly chemicals.

Greenway is great to deal with—a family business who are efficient and so nice and easy to deal with. I’ve had them clean carpets, rugs and upholstery. They take care to do the job well—always, including a small rug repair. And their cleaning products work well and are green. I will only use greenway.

I made the mistake of pouring baking soda all over my area carpet to remove any potential odors that were causing my new cat to constantly pull the wool tuffs out. Greenway was great. They cleaned the carpet after beating all the baking soda out and applied a protection coat as well. I am very happy with the results and recommend using Greenway Carpet Cleaning.

Greenway Carpet Cleaning has cleaned the carpets of our house for a number of years now and we are exceedingly pleased with their service. Not only are they efficient in coming on time but they also set up their equipment and floor coverings with utmost care. After finishing we were quite amazed at how clean everything looked and were even more impressed when we got a return call asking if everything turned out to our satisfaction. We contacted Greenway Carpet Cleaning because we had to move and needed to get our carpets as well as our couch cleaned.
They were able to arrange a walkthrough appointment right away, where they told us about the options we had. Lori and Rob were
extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt immediately that we were in capable hands.
On our moving day, we had the pleasure of meeting Steve who cleaned our carpets and couch for us. We had to leave our dog in our
unit with him and he was so incredibly considerate and just gently moved her around the apartment so

Thank you Steve! I can't believe how great the carpets look and smell. Our carpets were long overdue for a cleaning, and had a few stains we didn't think would come out. The results are very impressive - our 14 year old carpets look almost brand new.
Steve was prompt, very knowledgeable, quick and friendly.
