I received great service from beginning to end. Coastal Cleaners was able to fit me in last minute as I was moving. When I called Elaine was courteous and knowledgeable, she was able to give me an accurate quote on my carpets. The technician onsite was professional and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Coastal Cleaners for your carpet needs.

We moved into our new house on Aug 4th and had them clean the carpets with their hypoallergenic cleaning solutions as we both suffer from allergies to strong chemicals. they were able to clean away all of the previous owners' pet residues and smells and left the carpet in an excellent cleaned state.
We then used them near the end of august to clean our rental suite that we were vacating. The suite had 7 yrs of no carpet washing done (no maintenance from LL) but only vacuuming. Again, they cleaned the place fantastically and left the carpets near to their original color (arctic white) as possible

December 2nd I had a representative from this company enter my house in order to clean some stains and hallway of my house.
The Person argue with me about the dirt on the white carpet , saying he cant clean it, and the stain were permanent. He talked himself out of a job.

Horrible experience- My carpet was damaged by the machine!
The guy Duane is very chatty, he talked about many controversial/ uncomfortable topics. He even interrupted his work to “chat” with me. He started talking about China just because I’m Chinese, and what’s worse is he made strong and partial statements about my home country. I respect his freedom of speech but I don’t think making customer uncomfortable is included in his job description.

I previously posted a negative review of this company. It was based on my first impression of the representative who came to collect my rugs for cleaning. What I wrote, as I say, was based on my first impression and in no way reflects upon the work the company eventually did. My rugs were returned to me in pristine condition and I called the company to thank them for doing such a good job. I understand the company relies on their representatives to look professional and presentable, and in this case, it might have been better if the person who turned up were to make an effort to give customers
