Amazing experience. I only booked for couple massage, not a package. I will break it down :
1. The interior is fabulous. I walk in and feel like I am a rich person in a luxurious spa. Their environment is EXTREMELY clean to the point I feel like I am dirtying the place with my hands.
2. When we called for a couple's spa, they said they are fully booked so we booked individual massage. The day before our appointment, they called saying the couple's room is free. I appreciate this because they remembered we wanted the couple's spa, so they really make sure they do their best to meet their customer

This is my favourite spa to go to in Markham! Such an amazing location, always very clean and all the staff are so very professional. I enjoy using the hot tub before my treatment, it helps me to relax and just helps me get into the right headspace for my day at the spa.
Michelle does an amazing job with facials and massages! I highly recommend her.

My overall experience was fantastic, the staff were so welcoming and professional. Let's not forget about the services...that massage was off the charts! Great place, would highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time here at the spa. Communication and organizing the surprise bachelorette party for my sister went smoothly . Yvonne did an amazing job coordinating this event for us. Lunch was amazing . The setup of our lounge room couldn’t have been better . All the ladies providing the service were amazing . I highly recommend this place . I will definitely be coming back . Always such welcoming and friendly staff and such a beautiful and clean environment (the bathroom alone is beyond words, gorgeous! I mean it, go check it out!) I go once a month for an RMT massage and I feel like a million bucks after. Mable does a fantastic massage, gets all the knots and stiffness out! In the winter, the massage bed is already preheated warm and toasty (which is a very under-rated action that makes the experience so much more enjoyable!)

My sister in law and I had a fabulous day on Sep 16. We have been looking everywhere to book a place that includes water / lunch / massage package and I stumble upon Silver leaf and I'm glad google search found this place for us. We were blown away by the service that everyone provided. First it was Yvonne who gather what we want, and come up with the master plan / who's doing what, and what time you are where and with whom. It was my first time at this spa, and it was a really lovely experience. Connie, my RMT did an excellent job with the hot stone massage, and the place is immaculate. It is very well kept and they really do anything imaginable to help keep you comfortable during these crazy times. Everything is very clean and reserved just for you. We booked massage here and since we were new in Canada we did not know the difference between RMT, & non RMT. The lady asked us to go for RMT. The service is same for both, just that charges are doubled. We requested her to move us to non RMT but she did not. We even offered her to pay for the RMT massage but provide us with gift card, she did not budge a inch. I'm out 260$ just because she booked us for RMT. Do your research before booking with them, they are there to take max money possible from you. The massage was definitely not worth 260$(for 2 people). They used latex gloves and

I really wanted to like this place, because the location is so convenient for me, but unfortunately, I really did not enjoy my treatment, and I would never go back or recommend this place to a friend. I had a RMT massage here, and it was not a pleasant experience. I actually wanted it to be over at some points, which is NOT how a massage is supposed to feel. I didn't leave feeling relaxed at all, I left feeling upset that I had just wasted over $100!

I came here for a pedicure with my boyfriend. They were very efficient with the scrubbing, filing, and just care overall, although the massage was too gentle... we could not feel any pressure at all. I'm Chinese, so I'm used to therapeutic-style pedis. The atmosphere is quite nice - fancy and sociable. I would have enjoyed a quieter time here as I like to relax more (music up, voices down), but that's a personal preference. That said, their music

Used to go here for massages, facials and waxing but I've stopped since they moved from Markville mall. The new location is bigger and the decor is gorgeous but the prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. The staff there don't seem to be detail oriented enough or care about the comfort of their clients. Almost feels like they're trying to get as many clients in and out as quickly as possible. The expertise level of the new staff speak for itself as turnover is quite high. With this place being so close to Main St Unionville, I would recommend to find a place

I decided to try this spa because I've seen the reviews and decided this might be my new home. Decor and atmosphere was really nice, however I didn't feel that my presence was needed there. Reception wasn't attentive to me. Didn't ask if I needed anything or if I had any questions. I went up to them and asked questions. Even answers weren't very clear. The lady that did my eyebrows was OK. At first I requested for wax and before we started she got me to say yes to threading instead. Very quiet almost felt awkward during the session. I think customer service could be better

I have been here twice. Would definitely go back again. Silver Leaf Day Spa used to be at Markville, but I had not been when it was there. I've only ever been to the location on Highway 7, west of Unionville Main Street.
Service is great here. Both times, I brought a girlfriend with me and we were able to get private use of the whirlpool and sauna room and you get cucumber or citrus water to bring into that room. I received a gift card from this spa, formerly spa at markville). During renovations, their website clearly stated that they will honour g/c after renos are complete. When i contacted them, they advised that the spa is now under new management because sadly the previous owner passed away. And although they acknowledge that their website promised they would honour it, they wont now because they will lose money. "Sorry nothing we can do for you".

This spa's interior space is quite impressive. Although you wouldn't know looking from the outside. The amenity area is big and clean. It has a luxurious feel that is sometimes hard to find outside downtown.

I had a Appointment today at 1500 (3pm) on Aug 3, I arived 15 miunts before. I was welcomed nicely, i asked to if i could use the hot tube after my message and it was not available. I was not asked if i could use it now before my treatment or nor did i get a call on firday reminding me of the treatment. If i recived a call i would have asked about the hot tub. or aranged to arive early to do the hot tub. Hmmm critial thinking hear! I was not give a offer to move my treatment to later so i could use the tub? 3 ways around it and i dont work their!! Perhpas i should!!
