One year later, he purchased a respected repair facility, Don Kaster Auto Ltd. from Don and Debra Kaster who had been operating the business for close to 20 years before retiring. I have a 66 buick skylark. I just upgraded all my suspension, minus one pair of bushings. Thus I needed an alignment and a few little things tended to.
These guys got it completed in one day and back to me.
I appreciate the experience these guys have. I was told by most shops that they couldn't do it because their machine didn't have specs for my car. Turns out all ya need is experience and knowledge of your tools.Great works , thanks again.

For years I never had "my mechanic" I would randomly take my vehicle in wherever was close, convenient. . As soon as my first trip to Precision they have been "my mechanic" for 10 years now. Service is great, communication is great, honest, and helpful. Steve provides by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in car related businesses and maybe of any type. A+ all around. One of the most trusting and honest garages that I've come across in this region. Several occasions I can think of where I've pestered them for little (and big)problems, and most recently provided a quick fix at no charge. Of course patience and generosity like that shouldn't go unrewarded so be sure to slip a gift card or something. Seriously thank you guys. A feeling of a small town garage in a big city.

Having just moved to Waterloo, I parked sort of broken down 1996 Volvo 850 at BJ PhotoVideo with an overheated engine, no coolant, and an exhaust note sounding like a Subaru. I went into the office and Steve (I believe) graciously listened to what was going on with my car. Without any hesitation, he came outside, listened to my car run, and diagnosed a misfire. He kindly topped up my coolant so I could make it home. Thanks to his information, I was able to get home, find the cause of the misfire, and get it temporarily fixed. Thanks Steve!

Was looking to purchase my very first (pre-used) car and found Precision Kaster as a CAA approved shop that does pre-purchase inspections. I took 2 cars to have inspected and Steve and the team were very thorough and honest about the results for both cars! The inspection took a bit more than 2 hours but I see this is a good thing as they were very thorough and made sure that the cars were mechanically sound. They gave me great peace of mind when buying my first car- I would definitely recommend this auto shop if you value honesty, and thorough work done on your cars! Thanks Precision Kaster!

This shop is next door to my work, and besides the obvious convenience they are 100% up front with anything that I've taken my car in for, and have been more than willing to think outside the box when it came to a major repair on my ageing vehicle. I have recommended my friends and colleagues to them, and will continue to do so.
