TERRIBLE experience. Customer service is horrible, employees are always either in the back or in front but talking amongst themselves, in their own little world. The front desk lady doesn't even offer a smile when you check in.
I had a problem with the contact lenses that they had me purchase. Contacts are dry, they get me dizzy, and I just can't see with them, I don't feel comfortable to drive with them.
For starters, I made an appointment to get rechecked. I believe that it was Nikki herself who called me to reschedule it earlier. So I agreed, clocked out early and went to the appointment.

Dr.Iravani and Dr.Huang are excellent doctors, and deliver absolutely nothing but the best service to all patients that come in. The collection of sunglasses and eyewear is extremely impressive. Here, not just were the doctors amazing, their staff was well trained and amazing. Definitely going to bring more and more people here and will always recommend this place!

The Eyexam team were so kind and helpful. I had my daughter with me and they were so patient with her and tried twice to check her eyes. They made sure we both got the glasses we liked and that they were affordable even with our insurance. Will be going back again for sure and hopefully they open more branches.

I highly recommend Eyexam to all looking for an optometrist and optical store. I’ve been coming to Eyexam since 2019. My previous doctor had prescribed me glasses and contacts that really bothered my eyes. I saw Dr. Iravani and she fit me with the most comfortable contact lenses and suggested computer glasses since I work on the computer all day. She was very kind, thorough, and detailed in explaining everything about my eyes to me. She even took the initiative to schedule me another consult with her to make sure we had the perfect prescription/contact lens for my tricky eyes. I am very appreciative

Rating this practice 5 stars due to following based on my experience from start to finish:
1) Large parking lot - just arrive about 15 mins early as a patient is always advised on as best practice across the med business anyways..
2) Super duper modern, open floor plan concept which brings a sense of appeal. And especially with covid-19, it’s extra nice to have space from other humans who don’t have any spacial awareness in general.
3) Checking in process was quick and effortless with iPad/front desk associate
4) The defining moment for providing a 5* is due to the effort in which this

Very bad experience! Don't go.
They gave me incorrect prescriptions and the glasses they made were unusable. Even after sharing feedback they didn't make sure the customer was satisfied. I filed a complaint with my insurance and even they couldn't reach out to this office.
Worst service ever!

You called my while I was in a meeting in the morning today. I called you back twice at different times and no one picked up.

Ok, I’m an engineer and an amateur physics lover, so I usually science things to the last detail. This was the best eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Iravani was thorough and explained everything patiently and in great detail. The equipment is state of the art. I love my new contact lenses and can’t wait to get my new gorgeous glasses. I see some people in the reviews complaining about delays in getting their glasses, which is silly since it’s the lens manufacturer and not EyeXam that affects that. Also, the office is busy and you may not get in and out as fast as you want, but that’s usually

As with other reviews, currently a 3 Star on Google Reviews for a VSP Premium Eye Care Center, I would not recommend EyeXam Optometry from my experience.
High level negatives:
- They do not reply to messages in the messages portal.
- Orders are lost.
- They do not offer any kind of refund policy for unopened boxes of contact lenses.
- They did not offer trial contact lenses for new lenses.
- Rude staff in some cases.
- Heavy up sale on certain products.
- I am stuck with the wrong prescription and about $1,000 worth of contact lenses with no solution.

Don't go! I went there a few months ago for an annual eye exam and they tried to sell eye exams that are not really necessary. They always try to hide the cost and will only tell if you ask for the cost.
Additionally, after you finish your exam they try selling you over priced frames! One of their sales person keeps following you and advising you what to buy and what looks good on you. They get visibly upset if you don't buy anything.
From a friend I recently heard that they have given them a wrong eye prescription. Seems to be an reoccurring issue with this place (see other reviews).
