OMG! She told us the same that we wasted her time as some of the real reviewer mentioned here. We should look at her review before contacted her in the first place. She definitely has attitude problem, unprofessional and no patient at all. Stay away from her if you can.

Without going into detail, the COVID lockdown really made it difficult for my fiance and I to get approved for a mortgage. As first time home buyers, Dong was very patient and understanding. She connected us to several alternative brokers, one of which was able to approve us for a mortgage, just in time for closing.
Dong is concise, informative, and responsive. Quite personable and charming as well when you meet her. Would definitely recommend! She saved us from what may have been a financial/legal disaster.
