I just went to Paul in August when I was caught driving without insurance which is a fine of up to 5000. I did everything he asked: paid and gave him documents that he would use to support me in court. I'm now in $6130 in debt. Take your chances. He acts confident and tells you it's a simple case to deal with but I don't know what happens in the court room.
