At David Anber's Law Office, we like to win. As with most things in life, winning requires focus, dedication and preparation, but most importantly it usually requires the teamwork of various people combining their various skills. The team at David Anber's law office is dedicated to your case and are much more than just criminal lawyers.
David Anber obtained a B.A. in Political Science at McGill University in 2003. Even before becoming a lawyer, David found a loophole that allowed him to start practicing while in law school. Since 2006, David has been defending people of traffic offences and criminal charges. Once called to the Bar in 2009, David's practice quickly took him across the province of Ontario.
Matthew Wolfson is a lawyer with a firm commitment to the adversarial system and the rights of accused persons. Since joining David Anber's Law Office in 2016, Matthew has successfully litigated cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Before joining the Defence Bar, Matthew did his articles with the Ontario Crown.
In 2016 Katherine graduated with her degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Sociology from Carleton University. She continued her legal studies by obtaining her Paralegal Graduate Certificate from Algonquin College in Ottawa. Katherine was introduced to the team through her workplace practicum where she demonstrated a high level of competency and strong work ethic.
In addition to the lawyers, paralegals or students that you may come into contact with at David Anber's Law Office, you may have a chance to speak to our administrative staff. They generally answer the phones when you call and will greet you when you arrive at the office. In addition, they will handle documents and run errands related to client files.

Where do I even start with this one? Matthew and David are two of the best in the business, dynamic duo. From the start, they were professional and responded to texts and emails in a very fast and efficient manner.

I have a very good feeling about this I’m making a big decision today to go with David to fight my charge of 3rd dui ! I was probably one of David’s most difficult clients. But he treated me with kindness and respect. He answers calls, texts and emails 24 hours a day. He earned every penny I paid. If you need a lawyer I cannot recommend David enough whether a consult or representation. Do yourself a favour hire him!
