Elly Freund-Bell is a Registered Social Worker and received her Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Toronto in 1985. She is a trained Parenting Coordinator and has completed Training in Collaborative Law. With over 400 adoptions, 400 custody and assessments, Elly has been qualified by the court as an expert.

She has completed more than 400 custody and access reports over almost 20 years with the Office of the Children's Lawyer and privately. Elly has been qualified in Court as an Expert in the area of custody and access as well as parenting.
