For more than 16 years, I've helped clients find ways to live happier and more fulfilling lives and have healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work draws on my extensive education, training, and clinical experience and combines insight-oriented psychodynamic principles with evidence-based treatments that have been scientifically validated to improve emotional well-being and resilience.
I offer both individual therapy as well as executive counselling and consulting services. I approach my work from a place of compassion and empathy and believe that everyone has a unique story to tell that has helped shape who they are today. Really disappointed, when I recieved a call back for an appointment, I was told I will be seing Dr Doris. I changed my schedule and drive 2hrs to see her when I got here It was her associate. While she seemed like a very nice and capable person, my appointment was with dr Doris her self and with 200$ an hour I would expect that to at least be true. Very very disappointed.
