Whoever gave 5 star reviews must be their friends & family. We used this firm for buying a house. Felt totally rushed, Darren just picked up our files and asked us to sign here and there. The entire process took 5 minutes. Turns out there was a $2,000 road improvement fee which the seller was supposed to take care of. Now it's not worth our time to go after them.

I was not impressed with this experience at all. Lawyer seemed rushed and unprofessional. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes for a mortgage paperwork signing, with very little was explained to me. Piles of paperwork lying around everywhere, in a shady back alley office location. In addition, some paperwork was conducted in error by the lawyer's office, and it ended up costing me additional interest payments to the bank. Not recommended!
