I had the enjoyment of working with Adam to buy my first home. A step that is scary enough outside of a pandemic, but Adam made it a fun, educational, positive and safe experience.
We viewed multiple properties and he was extremely welcoming to my parents (and dog) who joined us on a few viewings.

My partner and I were interested in moving to Guelph and were looking for a nice home to rent. We found Adam online as he was listing his own rental property for lease. We found Adam to be very approachable and accommodating during our transition to Guelph. The house was cleaned from top to bottom prior to our occupancy, and we're really enjoying the area to walk our dogs. The rental process was smooth and easy and all of our questions were answered.
