Prior to being licensed in Real Estate Sales in 1979, Steve spent five years in the construction industry, managing the construction of both single family homes and apartment buildings in Ontario and Alberta. In 1982 Steve was awarded the highly regarded CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) a comprehensive commercial / investment real estate education and certification.
