Dr. Kelvin So obtained his Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia. He then studied Optometry at Pacific University in Portland Oregon, graduating as valedictorian with the highest academic score in his class. So completed a residency program at Pacific University, where he specialized in fitting specialty contact lenses for patients with irregular corneas such as keratoconus or corneal transplants.

Annual eye exams are vital to maintaining your vision and overall health. We offer Digital Retinal Imaging as an important part of our eye exams. Digital Retinal Imaging produces an image that is as unique as you fingerprint and provides us with a wide view to look at the health of your retina. The retina is the part of your eye that captures the image of what you are looking at, similar to film in a camera.
Medical Service Plan of British Columbia provides medical coverage every 6 months to those who are diagnosed with diabetes to prevent devastating vision loss and other consequences. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.
I saw that they were the only enchroma dealer that was near to me and they gave me appropriate background information and suggested that I spend time thinking about it (it’s a $300 purchase at minimum)
Even though I live closer to other optometrists, I know where I’ll be getting my checkup.

The nose piece on my Lindberg glasses fell off today, and I went in the same day to get them replaced. Service was prompt and welcoming. When I had questions about contact lenses, they were able to provide clear information. I appreciate all staff wearing face masks as well as requesting customers to put on one. Their safety protocols are great, sanitizing every single pair of glasses after being tried on.

Worst customer service! I am a long time customer. I ordered contact lenses from them online , according to their email it said it will be delivered between 3-5 days. Been waiting over a week now and still got nothing . When i emailed them they said they have no idea and the delivery failed because the courier couldn't get access to the building. They have my email and number and no one bothered to even contact and If i didint email them i wouldn't even find out what was going on with the order. I didint even get a clear answer for my questions when I emailed them again about how long do i have

I’ve been with this optometrists for many years. All staff at the front desk are very friendly. Customer services are excellent! Especially Dr. Kylvin Ho who is a caring and knowledgeable person. He explains your issues very in detail, and resolve the issue in a very professional manner which no other optometrists do. We highly recommend CU Vision to anyone who need eye care service!

I always have a great experience at CU Vision Optometrists stores as the service and friendly staff go out of their way to make me feel at home. There is always someone to welcome me to the store and see that my needs are attended to.
The brands of glasses carried have lovely selections of modern style and displayed beautifully in the cases. The staff are very knowledgeable in fitting to my needs.
Having my eyes checked and the attention to detail along with the explanation of the eye was in particular very informative and educational.

I was blown away by the service and kindness of the people working at C U Vision. I did an eye examination and got a pair of glasses. I went on a busy Saturday (I don't know what I was thinking) and the assistant managed to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment.
I met with Dr. Kyleon and when compared to my other eye exams at different optometrists I found this one very thorough and eye opening (hehehe). The doctor explained what he was checking for and verified that my eyes were in good working order. He was very friendly and professional and I found his insight extremely helpful.

Had a great experience at CU Vision. The staff and service provided not only served my needs but exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ho was extremely informative with my prescription and took the time to explain the many details of my eye and things I can do to protect it more and the issues that can arise if not taking proper care of my eyes. I found this extremely helpful and appreciate the detail in which they handled my appointment. Great place with terrific staff and highly recommend!

Hi. I wanted to share the fact that I recently received excellence service from CU Vision. Dr. kyleon Ho undertook my eye exam and provided excellent insight into issues that I have with my eyes. He then followed up to ensure that there were no issues with my eyes. My eyes to me and everyone are so important I can't think of anyone that I put more trust into to ensure my sight remains the best possible. I recommend him and his staff to everyone.

If you're looking for the best quality eye exam, you've pretty much found it! They're using the latest retinal cameras where as other places are still doing it manually. Pretty much dead on with my prescription and I can sleep better knowing nothing was missed. Friendly staff and high end frame selections available as well. Been to many other places, but will only return to this one now!

My son and I both came here from out of town for an eye exam. I was throughly impressed with the service we received from the staff at CU Vision and Dr. Kyleon Ho. He attended to all our needs and the shop was able to provide us with many options in the short time period we were able to stay. The store is efficiently run and very tidy with a large amount of selection to choose from in the way of glasses. Highly recommend this store to anyone in need of attention to their eye or in need of quality frames as you will not be disappointed!

New patient visit was good. I got a doctor that worked on Sunday - a rare occurrence. Dr. Kyleon Ho was friend and very informative about what was going on. His recommendation were explained well.
My previous doctor was soft spoken and didn't explain what was happening. He gave me a prescription one up to "accommodate" my sight.
I did not have the same problems the many posters here. They were well informed.
This place caters primary to asians. Next to T&T it's easy to miss it.

I just went to go buy contacts at this place right now and the worker there she's asain with front bangs medium length hair, hair color was brownish she had the worst customer service. there was no one else in the store but she made us feel like she wanted us out of the store. Couldn't answer any of my questions. I feel like if you work at an optometrist place you should be able to answer questions bout my eyes instead of making me feel like my questions are stupid. We bought 2 pairs of contacts and we realized we needed contact case so we went back and she gave us a contact case for

Was here today to purchase glasses. The girl was helpful and nice as we were picking out the frame and lenses. We paid after and the older woman came over and said they needed to charge $100 service charge as it was hard to install the lenses. They already charged an extra $60 for "ordering fees" as the lenses we needed were special order.

I am so appalled by the service I received from this place. You people need to re-evaluate your customer service skills ASAP. I came in to buy glasses a few days ago and had the most unpleasant person "help" me choose a pair. When I didn't choose any of her picks, she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. As it was quite an emergency, I still bought a pair from your store. After I paid, I told her I needed a box of contact lenses because I ran out and needed some while I was waiting for my glasses to be ready, she rolled her eyes again at me. At that point, I hoped that I never had

The WORST customer service ever!!! The owner/manager is extremely rude and thinks she can treat customers in accordance with her mood because she owns the place. What's even more ridiculous is that she'll treat you like a beggar unless you buy something. The skimpy line of products they carry are way overpriced, especially the glasses. The old lady-the owner, i think- quoted me $300 just for glass lenses which I got for $146 at a different location. Their price fluctuates depending on owner's liking of a customer. STAY AWAY unless you want to get ripped off.
