This place is a joke. DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN ON ANYTHING BEFORE YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HAND. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. THEY ALSO TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER ASKED FOR. Sent my glasses back as they had put multiple coatings I had never asked for on, changed my mind on wanting the glasses after I was soured by their horrible work practice and now they refuse to refund me my money. Bunch of crooks.

This is mine and my spouse's second time at this clinic. We saw Dr. Saggu again and he was great and also gave us tips on eye health care. The rest of the staff are kind, professional, and courteous as well. We were helped by Mai. She was patient and answered all of our questions about our insurance plans. She also helped us with frames and deciding which ones to get with her honest opinion. If you wear contacts and have an astigmatism, do NOT go here. My prescription is still not correct, I have been charged both times I went in (I guess they do not guarantee their services) even though the set of contact lenses they got for me never fit my left eye properly, caused a burst blood vessel, then two weeks later when I tried the contacts again, I ended up with two blood clots that both burst. They do not stand behind their product, do not take ownership of ANYTHING, and have the audacity to charge a ridiculous amount of money to have the doctor even check that the prescription he ordered

I have seen both Dr. Bhullar and Dr. Saggu and have been happy with both. They are kind, courteous and allow me to be self-deprecating over my horribly bad eyesight. Read: coke bottle lens worthy. I would also like to give a shout out to the rest of the staff as they have all been knowledgeable, super kind and all around a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend. This has been the best experience I've had at any eye doctor and that says a lot as I have been wearing glasses for 35 years.

I recommend their Optician Margaret! She goes out of her way to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your prescription glasses. My last prescription update was quite distressing, Margaret was incredibly supportive while we worked through the solution. She gave me options and we finished with a perfect solution. She truly cares for her customers needs.

I've been with them for over a year now and they've always been super nice and easy to talk to. I fell in love with a pair of glasses that they didn't carry , but as they stocked the same brand, they were able to get it in for me. When I went in, they talked to me about my eye dryness and gave me some eye drops- something that was missed at previous eye doctors and took some pictures of my eye with my phone so I could see what they saw.
