This salon is bright and beautiful. Always clean. Lattes are first class. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Employees with disabilities are employed and are treated with dignity and respect. Excellent selection of hair products in the retail space.
The shampoo includes a relaxing head massage. Refreshing to wake up to. Should be called a Signature Shampoo.
The cut, colour and styling is heads above anything else in the area. Marty the owner has been managing my hair for over 15 years. He is a professional in the industry and is constantly upgrading his skills to keep up with current trends

Love this salon!
I have been going to fresh for years and still loving it. Very modern and high end salon, always super clean and well taken care of.
The stylists there are all well trained. I have been seeing Marty, the owner, for years and he is incredible. His skills leaves me speechless every time.
Always nice to go there on my days off because it's so relaxing! Their lattes are amazing!!

I have been here twice and I suppose if you book far enough in advance then they are alright. They seem to split a session between multiple stylists, a more junior person doing the wash and blow dry, which I don't really like. Also, they charge a $5 per visit - environmental fee - which is incredibly high, there is no way they have to recycle all the products they use on my hair after an appointment, and it would not cost $5.
If you need to get in on short notice don't even bother. I have tried calling multiple times to book 2-3 days in advance in the evening but the hours they advertise

Fantastic! I had a really awful hair journey and one of my friends recommended me to come see Jae. You would never know she's brunette and not a blonde (which is the hair colour she has), which impressed me.
I came in to Jae who was confident in understanding what I wanted and how she can go about it. She REALLY helped me with getting my hair back to ash and more natural looking...and I am SO excited to eventually get to where I want to be. I have my wedding coming up and am so sure Jae will get me to my dream hair!
She turned my orangey hair into super ash brown and blond....and with no damage
