My husband and I and Grand daughter stayed the night before we left for our 2 week vacation to Mexico. We left our car as we booked a room for the evening of our return. Unfortunately, due to weather in Toronto, our flight home was delayed, then cancelled until the next day. Also, again, delayed for several hours. Because I couldn't get wifi to contact the hotel to reschedule, we were sent out in a snow storm to fend for ourselves. All hwy were closing or already closed. We asked if we could let our grand daughter sleep on on of the small chairs in the lobby and were refused. Security was called

Staff were polite and efficient. Shuttle was able to transport us efficiently but there were no guarantees about a spot on the bus.
Sorry to say, room was dreadful. Tired, stuffy and sad. Sheets really did not look freshly made up.
Found hairs in the bed linen. I really question the housekeeping and /or lack of.
Really grubby. Needs a big refreshment. Would never return.

Great facility. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Food at the restaurant is very good. Shuttle service to the airport and a well lit parking lot. Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Facility is fully accessible!

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, the door for the room was chipped and the design was very old, it had stains on my bedsheet. The bathroom was not white so you could barely see any dirt, but it was there. The air conditioner was quite cold and the temperature adjuster didn't work my mother called the front desk and they did nothing. The staff was very polite. The room only had only lamps in it and no overall light on the ceiling. The ceiling was popcorn ceiling. The carpet was quite dirty and no longer the intended color. A pro was having a microwave and a fridge but I doubted the

The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. I was a little flustered upon arrival as we had gotten turned around and took a wrong ramp and were redirected by our GPS. So having a wonderful, welcome was a big thing for me. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. The shuttle driver to the airport was kind and efficient. Would definitely reccomend to a friend!

Dirty bathroom. I found hairs in the shower and on the floor.
The shampoo was half full - probably not replaced after being used by the previous guest.
Noise was terrible. You could hear the TV noise from the other rooms.
The furniture were old. (Squeaky wardrobe and stained armchair).
My key card did not work and I had to go up and down with my 4 pcs of luggage.
The staff were friendly. There was free shuttle bus to and from the hotel but it wasn't clearly advertised.

The room was clean but no coffee in the morning. No breakfast. Good shuttle service. Picked us up within 20 minutes at airport. 3.9 miles from airport. They did have access to printer and computer. I gave three stars because of the breakfast. I understand the pandemic has stopped breakfast but you can at least provide coffee for you guest.👎

Worst experience ever with this motel. One of our pillow had bad smell and I went down to the lobby to get a new pillow. One of lady staff was at the front desk and I was standing in front of her trying to make an eye contact to talk. She obviously ignored and I approached to her first and asked for a new pillow. She had absolutely no interest in customer service and asked me back if I checked the closet. I said I didn’t check then she told me with very rude tone to go to my room first and come back to her. She treated me like teenagers. Her manner was absolutely inadequate , unbelievably terrible

I normally do not leave reviews but I was so appalled my the treatment we received by the manager Tanya. She was unnecessarily rude and unwilling to help. Very unprofessional and just made my stay a horrible experience. When I was walking by I overheard her also being rude to the other guest who were checking in so I am not sure if she was having a bad day or whether that is just her attitude. Tanya - if you're ever read this, you work in the service industry, therefore your service should be good most times. In as much the beauty of a place can make you experience a good stay, it's the service

Friendly staff and a tidy room made for a good stay. Hotel management should consider allowing windows to open just a crack to allow for some circulation. The carpets were so dusty that it could be smelt in the room.
Also, the shower soap holders need to be better designed , as the soap kept sliding off onto the shower floor.
Overall, tidy room and friendly staff made for a good visit. I would go back.
