We have been coming here since it originally opened and now have moved out of province. We continue to support this establishment because it has always been a great and convenient place to be and provides excellent value for your money. Housekeeping is great as always and some of thematic have been there for a long time so coming back is like seeing old friends.

Great for groups or families. Each room comes with a pair of queen beds and a large flatscreen TV, as well as our full suite of amenities. Relax in style with our premiere suite. A comfy king bed and large flatscreen TV come with an in-room jacuzzi, fireplace, and dining area, making this suite great for relaxation and romantic getaways.

I booked this hotel over a month in advance of my trip. The night I arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. There was only 1 room left (the Jacuzzi suite - at twice the price I was quoted). When I arrived home from my trip I contacted the manager, first by email (to which I never got a reply), then I began phoning. I gave him my confirmation number, and the rate quoted. He advise me that someone had cancelled my reservation (not me, but he couldn't tell me who because of privacy laws). The hotel won't compensate me at all.

This was a rather nice hotel for just a night but it's nothing special or luxurious.
There is no elevator (at least we didn't see one) so be aware for anyone with disabilities or who are elderly.
The rooms have a very old Italian style - but they're VERY clean.
No complaints about the free breakfast.
The price was decent and parking was free. I would stay here again if there was an event going on but definitely not for fun.

Was super happy to have ended up booking here. Came with free continental breakfast, free parking, free wi-fi. The front desk staff were super nice. The room was kind of small-ish, but for the price and the convenience it was great. The bathroom was lovely with full size toiletries and an eco-friendly towel/bed sheet policy.
It's a bit of a drive to go downtown, but it was perfect for exploring the area and getting to know the town.
p.s. they also provide an ice bucket (there's an ice machine in the hallway) and wine glasses in your room!

I've stayed here on many occasions when traveling back to Toronto from Montréal to see family.
It's an extremely clean place with decent sized rooms and enough amenities to keep you satisfied if you don't require full room service.
It's conveniently located to highways (427 and QEW / Gardiner) as well as transit, shopping (Sherway Gardens), and various restaurants.
They offer a complimentary breakfast in their little breakfast lounge and the fare is quite exceptional. I've personally had scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, and toast. The coffee leaves something to be
