Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice people. Great price.
I would recommend this hotel if your looking to have a good sleep and be comfortable.

The room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
The room was spotless and modern.
The king-size bed was so comfortable
This will be our go to spot when we go to Etobicoke to visit our daughter and her family

It was a great place to stay. My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of our room. The bed and pillows were comfy.
We'll be staying again when we are in the Toronto area.

Please be advised, this hotel kept the full deposit for damages to a room which never happened.
Pre pandemic, our company used to have this hotel on our approved vendor list for weddings and staff layover. A month ago, I rented a room assuming I'd need to return after working 2 weddings on the same day. I never returned, meaning I only ended up using the room for about 3 hours to clean up and relax between events.
I was charged 200 dollars for wet bedding, for a bed that was never used. They also did not take pictures of the supposed damage, which left their word against mine, and is also a ridiculous

Rooms were ok. Checking in was terrible room is payed in cash by company still needed driver's license and a credit card to get room. But weren't worried about your vehicle description because they aren't responsible for it when it's parked on their lot. Simply terrible easier to check in at the royal York. Word of advice don't treat everyone as a theif.

Have to admit that I was surprisingly pleased and satisfied with this place when I came on Sunday 08/08. For such a cheap price, it is clean, beds comfy and no bad smell/odor. It’s located in a convenient area as it’s about 5-10 mins from Sherway Garden. Only con is there’s no breakfast (due COVID-19) but it’s in the same lot as Tim Horton, so there’s that.

OK hotel, relatively easy to reach but its sign was missing so easy to miss. Clean and big rooms but the bed was very soft and uncomfortably hot despite the air-conditioned room. Busy nearby roads, some restaurants and parks within walking distance. No complimentary breakfast due to COVID. Average value overall.

Have to give these fine folks full marks - they got us into a room on short-notice, very polite and professional staff, and the room was spotless, updated and provided an awesome night's sleep -- many thanks !

Great place to stay. Fair prices and corporate rates. Have been here for work over last 6 months, and would totally bring my family here for a weekend away! Very clean, well appointed rooms. Most have been fully Renovated. No charge for parking and wifi, a rarity in Toronto. Awesome staff! Shout out to Sergei and Rohan for 5 Star customer service!

I book a 14 days in that hotel and since day one I had a problem with the wifi being slow and disconnecting every few minutes I have to pull a chair near the door to get a good signal
One of the staff at the front desk hang up the phone on me while i was talking to him from my hotel room when I ask him to fix the wifi problem that keep on disconnecting or give me another room, he told me l'm not gonna argue with you and hang up the phone ****************************************** I need the hotel manager to get in touch with me ASAP thank you!
