Set an appointment for the next day and he arrived right on time. Explained in easily understandable terms what he was doing. Despite the furnace having not been serviced in over 10 years, he quickly corrected a longstanding issue (someone had installed the wrong flow/style nozzle).
He made recommendations as to what to do to avert an upcoming issue that we had noticed before contacting him. The controller is becoming unreliable, it's well over 20 years old. No pressure to install right away, said when it ultimately "goes" he has replacement ready to put in. Going to have him service
