I became more and more involved in the health care and management of our herd, and one day had the opportunity to see a minor surgery on one of the horses. At first, I didn't think I would be able to watch, but I was unable to peel my eyes away!

Creating a Fear Free Experience Some pets can become extremely anxious about going to the vet, and as a result may not receive the care they need. Both cats and dogs alike can be next to impossible to transport due to their anxiety, but we're hoping to change that here at our animal hospital in Caledon Village.

We are looking for a fantastic RVT to cover a maternity leave position with the possibility of continuing on long term based on our continued growth over the next year. Our team is comprised of 6 RVT's who are personable, have a great sense of humor, and an efficient and productive work style. Our hospital can be a busy place, so it's important that you can jump in and work with the team but also work independently when needed.

Preventive Care When you bring your animal companion in for yearly pet wellness care you prevent what can become serious medical issues. Dogs and cats age faster than humans, and they need regular health checkups just as much as we do. Senior pets, ones over the age of seven, need checkups twice per year.

Diseases and viruses can be a threat to your pet's health just as they can be for us, which is why your veterinarian will want to discuss vaccinations as early in your pet's development as possible.We'll make sure your pet has everything they need to stay healthy and happy.
