Took my dog to them since day 1 and some how I have an unpaid bill that I don’t know of. Now my dog is in serious need of a doctor and they refuse to take him.. I cant find anyone else since it is holiday season .. They won’t even let me pay the bill, I guess money is just what they care about
If management reads this, I’d appreciate if you guys can sort this mess out and take my dog for a visit .. I am ready to clear whatever bill I have pending. How would we leave the clinic without paying..?

I thought I've written a review before. This clinic is great. I think they're reasonably priced and you don't have to sell your soul to afford here! I never once felt like they were taking advantage of me. I always recommend here when one of my friends is looking for a vet. Unfortunately I'm no longer in the area and their services will be missed.

I have read from some that surgical matters may take time to book but make no mistake, you could not be in better hands than the care and constant updating of your pets care given by this clinic. Dr Kirkham is exceptionally gifted and caring and your pet could not be in better hands than Dr Kirkham's Cheltenham clinic. I've been to other clinics in the area who gave either vague or drastic measures to consider as options for my pets. Here you are not told a thing until a full examination is performed and then you can rest assured your animal large or small will be given the best treatment and the

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Kirkham and his team! Dr. Kirkham has been supportive, caring, and extremely accommodating over the past few months dealing with a lingering toe/nail issue as well as a case of prostatitis. Even my dog loves him - so that’s always a good sign of a great, caring vet.
Dr. Kirkham always spoke very clearly so I understood what were the issues, the various options for treatment, and always made time to answer all my questions - I appreciate that he never rushed through our appointments. He was never pushy, and is extremely reasonable in terms of cost and treatment
