Kelvin Chong & Associates was created in 2000 due to the realization that the life insurance segment in the financial planning process was often misunderstood and underserviced. Our market consists of individuals, professionals, and business owners. I have been with Kelvin for several years. He is very knowledgeable about his products. Recently, I have dealt with a head injury. Kelvin assisted me in filing my claim and followed up with me as it progressed. The insurance worked as it should and I received payment for my time off!

I can't say enough good things about the caring, personalized service I got ... they were professional and friendly through and through.
