Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I had duct cleaning done after some renovation work in my home. Instead of vacuuming the ducts they managed to blow drywall dust everywhere. I had days of cleaning to remove all the drywall dust that they had blown around. They also tried to upsell other services which I refused. I would never recommend this company!

Do not ever hire this team for the safety of your family. I'd be surprised they actually have a license. I wished I asked for one. We had two different gas leaks and many code violations for my gas install including not installing a main shutoff valve. When I tried to get him back he was too busy to look at a gas leak. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix all their mistakes.

Very rude. Got a coupon in the mail. My husband called them and confirmed with them twice if they will unscrew the vents before cleaning and they said yes both times. When the guy came the next day, he told us it’s not part of his job to do that. And if we want it done, we should remove it ourselves. He also mentioned he didn’t need our service, at which that point my husband didn’t want him in the house. Very disrespectful and poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

This company deserves 0 stars. It is fraudulent and these people should be charged criminally. They knowingly come to your house and provide a fake service and take your money. They provide you with a story that is rehearsed to get you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be shut down immediately and charged. The other negative comments I have read about this company on the Better Business Bureau and GOOGLE are truthful as I have had the same experience.

DO NOT let Peter and his team do any work at your house. I am general contractor doing a kitchen at a house in Mississauga. About Pure Air put in a gas line that my contractor had to red tag ( gas is shut off to house until repaired properly) due to multiple code violations. The customer had the receipt of the work done so I'll called him to repair it. After multiple attempts by myself and my real HVAC tradesman to explain to Peter why it was in violation he maintained that the job his business performed was up to code. He is a crook. Stay very far away.

With the recommendation of my interior designer, I hired About Pure Air to replace my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, re-circulating loop and complete some minor duct modifications in my house. I also purchased a steam unit for a shower from them.
Their quote was higher than others obtained, but I felt that with my designers recommendation, I could be confident in their work. However, there work was sloppy, and they had to come back several times (at my insistence) to fix several gas leaks. They incompletely installed my steam unit, then were quite unprofessional
