Amazing customer service! This was my first eye appointment in Canada and I was very impressed. Nat and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a very good range of glasses to select from and Nat took the time to understand what I was looking for and assisted me accordingly. I will for sure be recommending See & Be Seen to all my family and friends!

I actually love going for an eye exam. I have met with both Dr. Patel and Dr. Woods and they both are so caring and knowledgeable. They take an in depth approach and take the time to explain it all, I never feel rushed. Vanessa was so nice and honest when helping to decide on frames.
Over the years I have dealt with so many of the staff there and I can truly say they are all amazing, friendly and super helpful. What a team!

I have been going to See & Be Seen for a couple of years now and I am blown away by the service, products and doctor. They truly have the trendiest styles, I bought a pair of YSL sunnies and a pair of Andy Wolf glasses. Both amazing and love them!! I also always get the best service for my contact lenses and everyone is just so incredibly nice.
I love it here and don’t see myself anywhere else. Pun intended.

I am so impressed by See and Be Seen. This was undoubtedly the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Woods was extremely thorough and took the time to explain every test, image and result. They also have a dedicated dry eye clinic, which I've never come across before.The customer service is also outstanding- the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store also has a nice selection of frames. Two thumbs up!

I had my first exam at see & be seen eyecare and it was the most fun I’ve ever had at a medical appointment. I have really dry eyes and for the first time my doctor, Dr woods listened to me and tackled the problem from the source providing me products to help deal with the issue. Tamara helped me chose my first pair of glasses and it was like shopping with a friend. She was straight forward , educated me on lenses and styled me in something that I never would have imagined I’d look this good in. If you’re looking for the review to assure you this is the place to go. This is it ! 100 percent

Excellent customer service! The staff working here are extremely helpful with helping you shop for some stylish glasses. I was pleased with their positive and polite communication and eagerness to help me choose something i'd like. In addition, the Optometrist was super informative and thorough with the evaluation of my eye sight. She took the time to explain everything she was saying and answered all my questions. Overall it was a positive experience. Thanks ladies!

I have been to both locations (one for the consultation and the second one for frame selection). I should not have believed all the positive reviews. A complete waste of time and $200 spent on a consultation from people with zero accountability and who try to upsell you any chance they get Needless to say I will go elsewhere and pay again to have a… second eye exam from a trustworthy optician who actually cares about their patients and respects their time and eye health. I simply cannot trust the first exam is accurate given all the other aspects of the patient/client experience at those

I went to have my first eye exam in Canada today and the whole team were so awesome! I had a lovely assistant who helped me pick out frames and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Woods for my eye exam and he was world class. He gave me some very helpful advice that I have never received before from any other optometrist. Great service with a professional, knowledgeable and helpful team. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best eye clinic in the GTA hands down. I was referred to this clinic by a friend and they did not disappoint. My husband and I both went in for eye exams and our experience was great. Dr. Woods was professional and very friendly and personable... so much so that I forgot for a moment I was there for an exam. We decided to take… advantage of their great Ray Ban sale and bought 4 pairs of sunglasses. The staff really went ABOVE & Beyond with their help. I came in with my 1 year old and we were all treated with a lot of patience. Tamara from the other location also assisted

The reviews are all true... 5 stars!! I took my 6 year old daughter to see Dr. Patel, and we were treated so well, and it was such a special experience for her! Dr. Patel was amazing with my daughter, as were all the other staff. Kevin was incredible and went above and beyond in helping us get new glasses. Thank you, See and Be Seen Eyecare!!!
