I got a ticket for parking in their parking lot despite signing in, and they told me not to worry about it. THEN they asked for a copy of the ticket, after I had lost it (they had told me not to worry about it) and so I had to jump through hoops to get them another copy, so I did. I went to city hall, got a report printed and sent it. Then they sent me an email saying the copy was insufficient. I got it from CITY HALL, what else did they want? When I got a notice in the mail saying the ticket will affect my license if I don't pay it, plus a restatement of the offense, I sent them that. Lets see

Connection dental office has lost my mother's dentures, this has been going on for over two months that my mom hasn't had her teeth and can't eat properly. someone finally tells her last week that her dentures are nowhere to be found. when my mom calls they tell her they will have the dentist call her back and that they will fax my mother's ODSP… worker about the issue. connection dental needs to take some accountability and deal with this issue, your office lost her teeth and you should replace them and not keep putting my mom off when she calls, you should have her come in and make new

My daughter and I have been going to Connexion Dental for several years now and over all, I’ve been quite pleased with the service we’ve received. My daughter has quite a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist; a few years ago, she had a less than pleasant experience with a dental hygienist who lacked empathy when she started having a panic attack during a routine cleaning, and were subsequently referred to a pediatric dentist who could better meet her needs. Had some really bad dental hygiene issues from several years of neglect due to medical procedures and chronic pain. after several sessions they were able to salvage my teeth before anything went horribly wrong with them, despite previous dentist telling me I couldn't! great care taken to accomodate my current medical status (brain is a bit foggy) and explain things, and every staff member is friendly. Thanks so much for restoring my ability to care for my teeth again!!!

Excellent service. No waiting, kind and courteous reception. My dentist was obviously very experienced and friendly too.
I felt like I was in good hands and didn't worry about procedure removing tough stubborn molar.
I can't pronounce my dentist last name but his first name is Charles and he's excellent, I would recommend to anyone.

I've been quite happy with my service at this office. I've been to slicker, more high-tech dental offices and had poorer outcomes.
In fact, Dr. Utovac has been able to correct a persistent problem with a poorly fitted crown that my previous dentist was unable to resolve, despite repeated bite adjustments.
Knowledge and experience easily winning out over high tech imaging in this case!

Great greeting the second i walked in, Fiona made me feel like a king the only thing missing was my Cuban with a cognac 1was 4 minutes early, after 5 minutes, Sanam the hygienist came and escorted me to the dentist chair, she just finished getting me ready, oh yes she gave me a tote bag with new toothbrush, floss, and a mini crowbar. dr utovac… shows up to fix my cavity, he explained in details what the scope of the job was, 12 minutes later the job was done, i couldn't believe how painless compared to dentistry 15-yrs ago .let me tell i worried about it hell of a lot longer, 4th visit i

I very much enjoy having Connexion as my dental care experts. The administrative staff are very friendly and helpful. My most recent visit was to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I'm a senior and the prospect of going through this procedure really scared me. All for naught - Dr. Mustafa and dental assistant Paul treated me so well and the extraction itself was painless and quick! True, not all extractions go this easy, but mine did and I left happy. I'd been there before and I've never left unhappy. I recommend them highly.

I have had several, really great experiences at Connexion Dental!
I felt welcomed in as soon as I came to their office. They have a very warm, friendly staff. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients because try to get to know you and they listen really well. When I left my teeth felt amazing because they use the best equipment and are very gentle. I would highly recommend them because they'll take excellent care of you.
