Services
Peter Cass is a real estate, business (corporate-commercial) and estate lawyer, practicing in Burlington, Ontario. He graduated from the University of Toronto law school in 1968. Since joining the firm in 1972, Peter has been involved in a wide variety of real estate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on residential transactions, land development, investment real estate, business sales and purchases, franchises, leasing, and negotiation.
Deep is a Real Estate and Estate Lawyer practicing in Burlington, Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Law (RGNUL), an esteemed National Law School in India. He has obtained two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Ontario, and Rajiv Gandhi National Law University, India.
Rex Bishop was a senior partner at Cass & Bishop. A man like Rex cannot be summed up in words, here. He was a complex man and led a life that was not ordinary for a self-proclaimed "poor boy from London." In his youth, he played music in the same 1960s British music scene as The Who, The Rolling Stones, and The Beatles.

Seeking out legal services can be intimidating, but I found the staff at Cass & Bishop made my experience smooth and stress free from the beginning. They provided useful information over the phone and promptly followed up with me through email the same day. There were no surprises or secret fees and they were more than willing to answer all my questions up front. When I met with Peter in person (pre-pandemic) he was professional while still being personable and down to earth.
