Dr. Reid was born and raised in Napanee, Ontario. His interest in health began at Queen's University where he graduated in 2003 with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in the Life Sciences. He continued on with his education in San Jose, California at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where he graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2007.

On your initial visit to our clinic, you will complete paperwork outlining both your current and past health history. Once completing the paperwork, Dr. Reid will go over the history forms with you and perform a comprehensive physical examination to narrow down the cause of your current issue, and help form a diagnosis.

Tom is a superb chiropractor, and gave me the most fulfilling assessment and treatment for my current back issues at the time. I have yet to return for further treatments, but only on account of his excellent service and follow up exercise plan. I further recommended Tom to my father who has a had some back issues, and he was genuinely pleased with his experience. Tom has a great sports injury background, but also offers a variety of different treatments and services. To top it all off, the clinic is gorgeous and offers a very comforting vibe. If I could offer a 6 star review I would! ⭐⭐⭐

I had a compound fracture of my tib/fib back in November. I have been seeing Dr. Kratky since early January once a week on the regular. His treatment has benefited my recovery greatly. I truly can't say I would be where I'm at today without his help and thorough care. Whether it be his extensive knowledge of Athletic Therapy treatment, Chiropractic practices, or Acupuncture and Cupping he has progressed my recovery in ways I didn't think we're possible.
The staff at the clinic are very friendly and professional, and I do enjoy seeing the clinic dog (Bronn) every now and then when he's outside

After years of being in pain, failed attempts at many other Chiropractors, I met Joe. We talked, he told me his process and how he works with his clients. I decided, based off of conversation with him, to go and check it out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I wish I could tell you the relief he has given my body... over 17 years of pain and now I feel I am on a great road to recovery. Thank you Joe for taking the time to walk me through everything, for being kind, caring and beyond professional. Thank you for giving me my mobility back.

I had my first appointment today. He was kind, he was professional, he took his time and did it right. I feel much better already! I look forward to my next appointment. He focuses on muscle tension and alignment not just one or the other and you should expect to spend the full hour on your first visit and he says around 30 minutes or so for follow ups. (I haven't had one yet but based on his manipulation style I can see it). I appreciate feeling like a person and not part of a 30 second align and move along conveyer.
