The Stirling Dental Centre first opened its doors in the basement office of its original Henry Street location. Not to date them, but two of our current team members, Stephanie and Katy, as well as a number of our current patients started out at the office on Henry Street and share many fond memories of their time there.
The practice continued to grow, and was eventually taken over by Dr. Douglas Smith. Dr. Smith helped to modernize the practice, and took the opportunity to move its physical location to its current home on Tuftsville Road when the Creeksisde Plaza was built. Over the years, Dr. Smith built an excellent team, including Sandra and Kandice who have been at the Stirling Dental Centre for more than a decade.

The following information is required to obtain any relevant dental records from your previous dental office so that we are able to provide you with the best continuity of care. For each patient to be transferred, please include dates of most recent: Initial exam, recall Exam, Scaling/Polish, BW, and PAN.
