They made a custom ruby ring for me a few years ago, well about 20 some years ago, but I lost it at the cottage. I look for it every time I'm there. One day my husband said "honey, you're probably never gonna find that ring; just go get another 1."
So I did.

The staff , particularly Samara , worked with me closely over a weeks time. They offered great personalized service and helped me find the best ring in the house!
They were also super accommodating in helping me return it. I picked the best ring in the house and the worst person to ask to wear it . That's my bad though. 😆😅🤣.

After dealing with many pushy/unprofessional sales people at jewelry stores in West Edmonton Mall, I stopped at Independent Jewelers and had a great experience! I dealt with Jared, and he did a great job of finding an engagement ring that fit my budget, timeline, and style. The ring was actually custom made in house because it's not offered in rose gold from the manufacturer. Also, I got a small refund when it was discovered the ring required less gold than was originally quoted. Very honest!

I went to independent jewelry to get my fiancés ring modified with some extra shiny rocks, the work is beautiful and the ring looks great!
However due to me having to sneak ring away I didn’t bring a ring box, you’d have think for almost $800 spent they could have tossed the nice shiny rocks into a nice new box! Maybe I’m being petty 🤷🏻♂️

Went in today to purchase an engagement ring and wedding bands Jared offered to help us. Had a few ideas what we were looking for. Very excited to do this together - even got my nails done! I was looking forward to the experience with my Iove.
However, Jared I was told to I could walk along the cases and let him know if I liked something. That is good but I was only able to look at 1 ring at a time, not two at a time even to compare the together . No suggestions were offered, no descriptions or appraisals. There Was no effort. Energy or excitement. No suggestions based on the features I told home

Great staff, a huge selection of quality product, and fair prices. I was looking for an engagement ring, and went to Independent Jewelers. Bonita helped me find the perfect ring in the owner's signature selection line (which has some incredibly well made rings, and the best quality diamonds). I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I got from her. She has worked for Independent for 32 years, which I think really shows that they're a good company who treats their staff well. Samara has been so helpful—first with my fiancé in helping him pick out my engagement (which they absolutely nailed!!), and now with both of our wedding bands. She was patient, offered valuable insight, was very professional and kind, and personable. She made sure to give us the best possible experience. Would recommend!

Another fabulous experience at Independent Jewelers. I have been dealing with them for years. I have been dealing with Samara for my past few visits. She makes buying jewelry quite easy. Very informed on the jewelry front. She never tries to up sell and always knows what I'm looking for. This I would say because she knows my wife's tastes. So I tell her occasion,my budget and boom I'm done.
I have net Gerry the owner numerous times. I knew immediately he enjoys his business. Cares about his clients and is looking for a win win deal. Can't beat that!

I was looking for a couple of things very specifically, and I called independent jewelers and had the opportunity to speak with Stephanie, the manager.
40 minutes later I was in this beautiful store, and I laid out what it was that I wanted and within 20 minutes we had everything done. It was a wonderful experience for somebody who does not enjoy shopping! Thank you to all of you.

From start to finish Becky provided outstanding customer service, truly going above & beyond. She made our engagement & wedding extra special! The finished product of our made-to-order wedding band is absolutely stunning. The service provided was exceptional, very quick & reasonably priced.
