Rehabilitation may involve manual therapy, electrotherapy, strength training, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, ultrasound and work hardening exercises.
Through ongoing education, individualized care, and evidence-based treatments, we are proud to be one of the leading physiotherapy clinics in the Oshawa area. Ased is the Co-founder of North Simcoe Physiotherapy alongside his wife, Melissa. Ased works primarily as a consultant with the clinic while also working as a physiotherapist with Lakeridge Health Corporation.

I came across North Simcoe Physiotherapy in September of 2021 via a Google search after having partially ruptured my left achilles. It was of the utmost importance to me that wherever I went to rehab that they had highly positive reviews. Safe to say I made the right choice. Matthew Spina was the physiotherapist assigned to help get me back on my feet. He's professional, very knowledgeable in his subject area, and is very easy to talk to, which always makes for an excellent experience. I started coming here a few weeks ago for both physiotherapy and massage. This facility is very clean and bright. The front desk was very warm and welcoming and helpful when it came to setting up the direct billing for my insurance. My physiotherapist Reesha is so attentive and asks all of the right questions to better understand my pain and she explains her plans for me so that I could understand. We immediately formed a great Bond. She is very kind and I trust her. Lucy my massage therapist is great at working out all of the kinks. I'm so glad that I found this place.

Excellent physiotherapy clinic. Both office staff and therapists are excellent and pleasant. I recently had shoulder surgery and have been attending the clinic 2x a week. My physiotherapist, is patient and informative. I definitely recommend North Simcoe Physiotherapy. Will definitely use them again in the future if required.

I have found that the receptionist is very friendly, and my therapist is genuinely caring, concerned and is most interested in helping me fully recover at a rate that is most conducive to my healing.

Very Knowledgeable and friendly Staff. Matt has been working with me for over 6 months for a concussion, and has brought me so far. He thinks outside the box, trying new therapies. Michelle the receptionist is also friendly and accommodates appt requests if at all possible. You won't be disappointed in the treatment and care given here.

Just finished up my last session here after 9 months pre-habbing and rehabbing a torn ACL. Having gone to physio before, I must say you can really tell the difference between physio’s who just do their job and physio’s who love their job and genuinely care about their patients recovery and progress. Amy made going to physio fun and helped me from surgery to running again. Would highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone looking for a physio who cares! Thanks again for everything!

Long overdue review! Thank you, Matt for accepting my special case, guiding me with stretches and exercises, and fixing up my shoulder. I absolutely love this place! I came in with many issues and pain and now I have so much relief! Kathy is an incredible massage therapist, really knowledgable and knows what she's doing. Kris is a wonderful physio therapist who is extremely patient and really cares about your needs. Would recommend to anyone!!! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone I know in a heartbeat... Amy at NSP was exactly what I was hoping for when I came here looking for help with a repetitive strain injury. Amy provided exceptional… care. She explained things so that I could understand what was going on in my body...Amy gave me the tools to not only get better, but to also better manage my symptoms long term. Finishing treatment here has been bittersweet. I promise you wont find a more inviting, friendly and professional clinic :)
