A basic renewal is when your existing term or contract is set to expire with your lender. You have the ability to shop around to secure best rates and options without cost or penalty. An early renewal is where you can break your mortgage term early, mid term. A penalty typically applies, however it may be worth the consideration if rates are lower than your current mortgage term.
We can help facilitate your land and build financing via an exclusive 5 step draw mortgage. This includes builders show home financing, spec financing for resale, and the construction of an owner-occupied property. This also includes financing for land acquisition if the lot is not already owned. A Draw Mortgage is typically required when you are building a custom home where the builder requires advances throughout the construction.
If you have not yet found your ideal location to build your dream home, we can help you finance that perfect lot or small acreage parcel. MMG can provide raw land financing with as little as a 25% down payment, including acreages up to 160 acres. Completing a new build also? We can incorporate your land purchase into your construction or draw mortgage.

Kenny with MMG was extremely helpful when we renewed our mortgage. Our case was anything but easy and I definitely would not have being able to navigate it without his help. He was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. There were a lot of barriers with our renewal and he handled each one quickly and efficiently and provided updates regularly which was appreciated. I was referred to Jacki through a friend and while I had filled out an application with the bank I had my previous mortgage at, I reached out to Jacki looking for a quicker response as I was pursuing a house requiring a fast close. I just recently got a mortgage through MMG. They were awesome to deal with. Kenny was incredible to work with. My last mortgage holder was a pain in the butt to work with but Kenny was calm, and very patient with all that we were dealing with throughout the process. I will definitely be calling MMG again when my mortgage is due for renewal.
