Although each of my clients will receive a customized list of required document, below is a chart outlining the types of documents that could be asked of you to verify your income. This is subject to change as all lenders will require different documents, however this should prepare you in advance of what may be necessary.

I was referred to Cherie from a very close family friend that works/runs major Canadian banks. My intent was to acquire a mortgage for a new home build, Cherie was absolutely exceptional, she had the mortgaged approved literally immediately on a Saturday night, she pushed the builder just the right amount when needed (not in her scope), answered any questions that I had, and was willing to put in the time required with new builds, I highly highly recommend Cherie, she is a getting it done machine 😁.

Cherie is the absolute best! My wife and I bought our first home last year and we could not have done it without her.
