When I went to change my winter tires, we found that the factory Lug nuts were not there, just the ugly ones for the winter rims.

This dealer Ship was the best, i drove 5 hours, to pick my truck up from these guys, and they had my truck Fueled up and ready to go when i got there. Ozzy was a great salesmen and very helpful along the process. They can do the maintenance of my truck without removing my camper truck out of my truck. This is just amazing ! The personal is also very nice to me and I appreciated that ! I called a few days before Christmas inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website, I was told they didn’t have it on the lot but it would be there within a few days. We flew to Edmonton from Regina because of a great price on a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan that we saw online. We received excellent service from our Salesperson Chris. We bought a truck with them recently. I am impressed with their level of service and expertise. The sales team (Tony TL, Martin and Kent ) were very easy to deal with. I always find car buying and car salesmen are intimidating, but not this time at all. They were not pushy, willing to take time to understand my needs. I was lied to on many levels.
Do not pay an administrative fee. Never pay someone to sell you something. I was told that AMVIC requires the dealer to charge this fee.....that was a lie. Visit the AMVIC (Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council) website for many of your questions.
If you have a trade - make sure the total agreed trade price is on the Bill of Sale. Don't buy their GST savings BS.
Do NOT yourself be lied to by FREEDOM FORD.

I booked a test drive for a afternoon vehicle 3 days in advance of the test drive. I talked to a sales representative over the phone to book the test drive. Everything seemed to go good. They said they would email me extra details about the car. The salesman also said they would text me their business card. I gave them my information and all seemed well. First salesman was really aggressive and rude.
I got help from someone els and he seamed ok but waisted my time. Kept telling me he would match the competitors price or beat it. But was lying to me just to get me back to the dealership.

I was explicitly clear to the sales dude to quit calling me and that I was feeling harassed. After a continuation of calls I spoke with a manager who said he would take care of it and it wasn't. I did not want this sales rep to have access to my file. I'm escalating this to not just the GM but to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta who does a thorough review of companies who may be in violation. I will also have reviewed every member who accessed my file and how often and what was looked as I feel uncomfortable this person has such a personal interest.

Wanted to let people know not to deal with Freedom Ford. I was looking for a used F150, they found me one signed a sales agreement, put deposit on truck, filled out loan application was approved. Received a bill of sale and planned to pick up truck on Sat. July 13.
Received a call Sat. am to tell me they couldn't/woildn't honour our contract due to some internal mixup. While trying to resolve this problem they shipped truck to a BC buyer even though I have a bill of sale.

The service in the service department has suffered with the management change/shuffle. Upon purchase of a new vehicle I bought an extended service plan. Brought it in for only the second scheduled service and the service advisor was rude right off the bat. This quickly devolved into the advisor condescending to me and calling me stupid for forgetting the hub key for the tires. At only 15,000 km nothing needed to be done to my tires. Terrible, criminal and outright poor are the first words that come to mind when I think of my experience here. The mechanics are inept, the service department doesn't have a clue and they lie through there teeth. They tried to over charge me by $900 for 2 sensors to be replaced. I called a couple other dealerships when I thought that that price was high, told them what I was getting charged and they laughed their heads off. Avoid this place at all costs, they are thieves and would take candy from a crying baby if it meant they could make a few bucks. Horrid, period.

Service department is the worst. Left with a $300 bill with no repairs done, on a vehicle under warranty with less than 20,000 km. Emailed the general manager to rectify the situation, and he said he'd look into it. 2 weeks later we have no response, completely ridiculous. Sending a complaint to Ford as well.

Stay away from servicing your vehicle here. I came in for simple repairs such as my seat not adjusting and a general inspection. They charged me to look at the seat and claimed that it needs a couple of parts to get it working. With the inspection they claimed to have found many problems such as burnt out bulbs and a radiator hose leak. I told them not to do anything as I wanted a second opinion or fix some of these problems myself.
When I came to pick up the truck they tried to charge me an extra $110 on my bill and claimed it was an accident. I got my truck back and everything is working

We are trying to survive this terrible experience but it just keeps getting worse. Bought a brand new 2015 Ford Edge 13 months ago. A few months in the backup camera wasn't working right. After multiple visits and a full new camera system including wiring and one broken piece on install my camera works.

If you are getting service done i would do it elsewhere unless Warranty requires it. They are expensive, and are never done on time (usually double the quoted timeline). If you get their "free tires for life" program don't bother as they will become a typical insurance policy when it comes time to collect. I'm very disappointed with this company, and will be doing all auto business elsewhere in the future. When I have expressed any dissatisfaction, they were clearly not interested my concerns, and in no way attempted to make anything better or resolve the issue.

I went to Freedom Ford about a week ago as I've decided it is time to sell my trusty car while there is still good equity left (wasn't looking for trade in). Jason, the salesperson who showed me the vehicle and took me out for a test drive was great and I felt comfortable.
